The Technique Behind the Madness

FULL BODY SCULPT

This is the original class that I created (my baby). It is foundational Lagree Method, in which I’m a certified trainer, and also combines pilates, TUT, HIIT, plyometrics, resistance training, and basic dance technique. This class incorporates slow toning combined with cardio, ensuring you an after work high that you’ll ride for hours.

 

METABOLIC BURN30

This is one of my newest creations, and I’m absolutely pumped about it. This class is 30 minutes straight of blood pumping, heart racing, strength training, cardio workout. Your endurance is surely to be tested in this class, all the while improving your strength, and toning your body. We use, HIIT, Plyometrics, TUT, Tabata, EMOM and much more to get your body toned and sweaty. Combining strength training with high heart raising moves is what I call the “power couple”. This class is sure to set your metabolic rate in the fat burning zone for up to 24 hours after class. And who doesn’t want to burn fat even after your workout is done?

 

ARMS, ABS, CARDIO

In this abs, arms, and cardio class you will work each one of those muscle groups, and techniques, until fatigue. The class always begins with a warm up and then goes into 40-50 minutes of abs and arms work sprinkled with heart pumping cardio throughout. If you are looking to sculpt and strengthen your arms&abs whilenraising your heart rate into the fat burning zone, than this class is for you!

 

LEG SCULPT30 & AB SCULPT30

In both of these classes we focus only on those muscle groups for 30 minutes straight. The foundation for these classes are Lagree Method and then intertwined with all the other fitness techniques that I’m versed in. I wanted to create a killer burning, toning, and sculpting class where we can specifically focus solely on the abs and legs, and these classes do just that!

 

Equipment

Booty Bands.

These booty bands come with 5 levels of resistance and a nice carrying case, what more could you ask for?! We use these bands in full body sculpt and in leg sculpt30. However, if you don’t want the extra resistance, or to purchase, it’s all good! Every move can be done without the bands.

Sliders.

I personally have the sliders listed above and I love them! They are super inexpensive yet durable. Sliders are the key to this technique. You will see them being used at some point in every class (yes, even in metabolic burn). Being able to create a sliding surface allows for those slow, burning, toning moves. If you do not want to purchase sliders, great at-home substitutions include:

  • any slippery article of clothing (i.e socks, shirts, hand towels)

  • paper plates or piece of cardboard

  • plastic bags

  • small books

Long Bands.

Long resistance bands are another tool we use in these classes to “level up”. Sometimes to double up with the booty bands, or to use on their own. We use the long bands mostly in full body sculpt and in arm+abs+cardio. Great at-home substitutions for these bands include:

  • light dumbbells

  • bottles

  • canned goods

    Again, all of the moves can be modified without the long bands, but if you’re looking to go that extra mile in your training they are highly recommended.
